1. Controller

2. What data we process and why

Enquiries and demo requests — name, work email, phone, company, role, country and your message. Purpose: handling your request and pre-contractual communication. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Retention: up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded.

Job applications — data from your CV and the application form. Purpose: recruitment. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Retention: 12 months, then deleted unless you agree otherwise.

Newsletter — email address (and name, if provided). Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Retention: until you unsubscribe.

Website analytics — pseudonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details in the Cookie Policy.

Server logs — IP address, time, requested URL and browser for security and operation of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: up to 30 days.

3. Recipients and processors

We use carefully selected processors: our web hosting provider, email provider, SmartEmailing (newsletter, Czech Republic), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Clarity). Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to the USA), this happens on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
