02The senses — our hardware

Invelogy Backpack.

A modular backpack with everything a security patrol needs: perception, connectivity, deterrence and on-board AI computing.

  1. 01LiDAR 360°

    Mapping, localisation and obstacle avoidance.

  2. 022× 190° cameras

Panoramic day/night view for the operator and the AI.

  3. 03Thermal camera

Detects people in total darkness, smoke or fog.

  4. 042× floodlights + LED beacon

Lights up the scene and signals the robot’s presence.

  5. 0598 dB siren

High-output speaker for alarms and voice messages.

  6. 06Pepper gel

Triggered remotely, and only by operator decision.

  7. 07Microphone array

Two-way audio between the operator and people on site.

  8. 08Local AI computer

Edge AI processing — video can stay on the robot.

  9. 09GNSS · 5G · LTE · Wi-Fi

    Precise positioning and redundant links.

03Hardware-agnostic

Hardware-agnostic. No vendor lock-in.

The Invelogy Backpack is built on ROS 2 with standardised mechanical, power and data interfaces. With minimal platform-specific changes, it can be integrated with other ROS 2-compatible robots — including platforms from different manufacturers. Your investment in sensors, software and training is not locked to a single platform.

  • ROS 2 native
  • Standardised mounting, power and data interfaces
  • Quadrupeds today — humanoids and wheeled platforms tomorrow

Prototype

Modular

Drone deployer.

A second backpack variant launches a drone directly from the robot, giving operators an aerial view of large or hard-to-reach areas within seconds.
