The future of physical security is shaped by more than engineering. It also depends on conversations with the businesses responsible for protecting people, assets and day-to-day operations. In June 2026, we joined AmCham Slovakia for its Summer Business Cocktail at the Botanical Garden in Košice.
The event gave us an opportunity to introduce the vision behind Invelogy Patrol and discuss how autonomous mobile robots could complement existing security operations at manufacturing sites, logistics centres and other large facilities.
Why robotic security belongs in business conversations
Protecting a facility is no longer simply a question of adding cameras or scheduling more patrols. Companies need reliable situational awareness, timely information about unusual activity and a sensible way to deploy their security teams.
Mobile robots add a new dimension to that conversation. Rather than monitoring a fixed viewpoint, they can move along designated routes, carry sensors and collect information from different parts of a site. Their effectiveness, however, depends on the environment, system configuration and how they are integrated into established security procedures.
At the Summer Business Cocktail, we spoke with members of the business community who evaluate new technology not only by what it can do, but also by the value it could deliver in practice.
Invelogy Patrol: Autonomous patrols with human oversight
We are developing Invelogy Patrol as a combination of mobile robotics, navigation software, sensors, AI-based capabilities and human supervision.
Our aim is to enable robots to follow defined inspection routes, gather visual and sensor data, and alert an operator when an event requires attention. Decisions that call for judgement, context or escalation remain with human operators.
Potential use cases include routine checks of site perimeters, selected access points, warehouses and less frequently visited areas of industrial facilities. The capabilities available in any deployment depend on the sensors installed, the software configuration and site-specific operating conditions.

The questions that matter most go beyond engineering
Building a capable robot involves demanding technical work: navigation, perception, data processing and dependable mobility. But potential customers ask questions that go further. How will the robot fit into existing guard operations? Who reviews alerts? What happens if a route is blocked, communications are interrupted or human intervention is required?
These questions are essential to turning a technical platform into a service with a clearly defined purpose, operating responsibilities and measurable value. Meeting people from different industries helps us examine Invelogy Patrol from the perspective of future customers and partners, not just the engineering team.
Developing in Košice, thinking about real-world deployment
It matters to us that these conversations take place in the region where we develop our technology. Eastern Slovakia has a strong industrial base, and events such as the Summer Business Cocktail bring together entrepreneurs, technology companies and professionals from a wide range of sectors.
Our participation was not an announcement of a new customer deployment or commercial agreement. It was an opportunity to share our direction, listen to business needs and build relationships that can inform the next stages of development.
Thank you, AmCham Slovakia
We would like to thank AmCham Slovakia for the invitation and everyone who stopped to meet the team. The setting of the Botanical Garden in Košice made for open discussions and valuable exchanges of ideas.
If you are exploring ways to improve security at a manufacturing plant, warehouse or logistics facility, we would welcome a conversation about where autonomous robotics might fit into your operations.
