Robotics, artificial intelligence and the technologies of tomorrow in one place. On 7–8 November 2025 we brought our robots to Datacomp IT Show at the OC Optima shopping centre in Košice. Over two days we presented our robotic technology to visitors, discussed the future of automation and showed that robotics stopped being science fiction a long time ago.
We came home with plenty of new contacts and experience – and with an unexpected technical challenge that we had to solve, quite literally, overnight.
Robot dogs in the spotlight
Every year Datacomp IT Show brings together technology enthusiasts, professionals and the general public. For us at Invelogy it was an opportunity to present the robotic solutions we are working on and to show them in action.
Visitors could take a close look at our quadruped robots, watch them move and learn more about the technology behind them.

We also presented Invelogy Patrol, our project that uses autonomous robots and artificial intelligence to protect industrial sites, logistics centres and other facilities.
We talked about autonomous navigation, computer vision, AI detection and the use of robots in environments where they can take over routine or hazardous tasks.
Our goal is not just to build robots. We want to create technology that solves real problems.
When a robot meets children
One of the biggest surprises of the whole event was how children reacted.
While adults were mostly interested in the technical capabilities and practical uses of the robots, children saw them in a completely different way.

They approached them with excitement, studied their movements and some even hugged them. For many it was their very first encounter with a robot dog.
For the youngest visitors we also prepared a fun challenge: a long-jump contest against the robot. Any child who managed to out-jump it could win a small prize.
Moments like these remind us that technology does not have to be complicated and distant. It can spark curiosity, enthusiasm and an interest in science and engineering in the youngest generation.
The robot broke. The fix? Overnight 3D printing.
Not every technology demo goes to plan. Ours was no exception.
During Friday’s testing we managed to damage the robot. With another day of presentations ahead on Saturday, the task was clear: get it back up and running as fast as possible.
What followed was an evening of diagnostics, a design tweak and a night of 3D-printing replacement parts.
On Saturday morning the robot was fully ready for the day’s programme.
This experience sums up the way we work at Invelogy. We don’t develop technology only at a desk. We test it in real conditions, find the weak points and keep improving it.
Developing robots is not about nothing ever breaking. It is about how quickly we can identify a problem, fix it and move on.
New contacts and opportunities to collaborate
Besides a great deal of positive feedback from visitors, Datacomp IT Show also brought us several interesting business contacts.
We met representatives of companies that are actively exploring robotics and automation for their operations.
The discussions focused mainly on deploying autonomous robots, integrating artificial intelligence and automating activities that currently require a constant human presence.
These meetings are important feedback for us. They help us understand the needs of potential customers and steer the development of our solutions to where they can deliver the most value.
Two days that moved us forward
Datacomp IT Show 2025 was more than a technology exhibition for us.
It was a chance to present our work to the public, meet potential partners and gain a lot of valuable experience.
From the children’s enthusiasm through expert discussions to late-night robot repairs, every moment reminded us why we develop robotic technology.
Thank you to the organisers of Datacomp IT Show for the opportunity to be part of the event, and to every visitor who stopped by, asked about our solutions or simply came to support us.
We keep building, and we look forward to the next opportunity to show what modern robotics can do.
